Volume Filler
As rotary running machine, for automatic filling of lumpy products such as vegetables, legumes, pasta, meat, etc. in jars and cans. Volume cups are prefilled and emptied into a specific position in the container. Packs are fed to the rotary table by means of a screw and infeed starwheel. The upper turntable is fed by means of a product feed belt (optional). Adjustable volume pockets embedded in the turntable are continuously pre-filled during production and emptied into the container running below during the latter part of the roundrun. The filled containers leave the carousel via a discharge starwheel and are transferred to the discharge conveyor.
The machine completely consists of Cr-Ni-steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) or any other stainless material, such as plastics, with the exception of drive and bearing components.

- Also in combination with second volumetric filler (for second filling volume into container) or with vacuum filler (combi-block)
