For performing heating and cooling processes in food or similar products. Suitable for sealed containers (eg jars, cans or foil bags).

The pasteurisation and cooling temperatures as well as the process times are freely selectable within a wide range and are controlled by corresponding mixing valves.

The temperatures in the process water and in the product are registered and can be evaluated in curves, as pasteurisation unit or as F-value.
